Originally called Robyn’s Pure Oils, Robyn (the founder) approached us to explore a repositioning of her business. Robyn has been in the natural health industry for over 50 years and is one of the Austrian Founders of DoTERRA. The last 2-3 years have seen a significant shift in her business, with most customers engaging online, creating a gap between her brand and potential sales. Coming from the traditional network marketing model, this shift was challenging for Robyn, and with a couple of hurdles and miss-steps, Robyn recognised that she needed to stay with the times and find a way to reconnect to her market. We kicked off with some market research and persona work, to get a clear understanding of her market. We then sat Robyn down to find out how she could service this market better. After 2 months of deep strategic work, we ended with a new name (True Wisdom - By Robyn), and a suite of visual assets, including a new look, and online presence.
